Hg( II ) Adsorption From Aqueous Solutions Using Rice-Husk Ash

This paper introduced a good adsorbent for Hg( II ) in aqueous solutions. Batch studies indicated that the percent adsorption decreased with increasing initial concentration of Hg( II ) and particle size of adsorbrent. The practical retention of Rice-Husk Ash is 105. 3 mg/g.
