New Algorithm for Modifying Node Impedance Matrix after a Line Being Disconnected

In this paper a new algorithm in which only node impedance matrix is modified instead of reforming it after a line is disconnected is developed.This algorithm,easy to use and suitable for programming, is discussed in detail.The calculation line can be greatly reduced by using this algorithm in the fault calculation program.
