Demagnetizing System of Frequency Conversion for Ferromagnet

HE Fu-yun, SU Zhan-qiang, ZHANG Yan, ZHU Juan-hua, CHEN En-hua, PAN Yuan (Hefei University of Technology, Hefei 230009, China)  
Ferromagnet is magnetized easily by magnetic field, which affects the precision finishing of material and the normal operation of equipment. The conventional demagnetizing method is not good at inner demagnetization using direct or alternating magnetic field. A method with frequency conversion technology was studied. The information of ferromagnet was fed back to DSP(digital signal process) by detecting cell, and DSP controlled the frequency of electrical source for demagnetization and the speed of ferromagnet with program in order to improve demagnetizing effect. And the system controlled demagnetizing effect with complex demagnetizing implement to realize complete demagnetization.
