The Design of 8Bits-400MSPS High-Speed Data Acquisition Card Based on CPLD

Detecting precision is depended on the reversion precision of sampling signals. A system design of 8Bits-400MSPS high-speed data acquisition card based on CPLD was presented. The module of differential amplifier is an effective noise suppressor,which can accommodate the card to a noisy environment. Analog bandwidth is 70 MHz and the sample rate of A/D conversion is 200MSPS which is used in two asynchronous channels. Four parts transmit data asynchronously with 100 MHz frequency. The data acquisition card can realize the sampling and reverting for 40 MHz high-frequency signal. So detecting precision is improved.
