The Aesthetic Appreciation and Analysis of Chinese Food Culture

Chinese food culture,including the culinary culture,tea culture,wine culture and colorful folk diet,is an important component of Chinese tourism resources.Chinese food culture especially pays attention to aesthetics,mainly in cooking,dining environment,cooking utensil,etiquette,poetry and the name of each dish.
