Determination of Mg.Ca.Zn.Cu.Mn and Fe in Garlic by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Content of Mg、Ca、Zn、Cu、Mn and Fe in garlic has been determined by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Results indicate,that microwave digestion technique is fast,simple method of sample treatment,the technique also can save reagent and avoid polluting environment.In this experiment,the rate of recovery is 99.6%~100.3%,with relative standard deviation ≤0.725%,which suggests that the method of AAS is convenient and accurate to determine these elements.Results also suggest that useful metal elements are abundance in garlic.
