Effect of high does nano-CuO on the contents of copper,zinc in blood and tissues of mice

160 of 22 g Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups randonmly with 4 replications per group.The first group was fed with basal diet;107.05 mg/kg,321.16 mg/kg and 963.49 mg/kg were added in 4 the groups of 2,3 and 4 respectively in the form of nano—CuO.To research the influence of different high does nano—CuO residue level in blood and tissues of mice.The results showed that to the first,second and third groups,the contents of copper in liver,tibia and kindey were increased significantly(P0.01)and(P0.05)respectively,the contents of zinc in kindey was reduced significantly on the 15th day(P0.01);the contents of copper in blood and brain of the forth group were increased significantly(P0.05),and the contents of copper in liver,tibia and kindey were increased significantly extremely(P0.01),the contents of zinc in tibia and kindey were reduced significantly on the 30th day(P0.05).So the high does nano—CuO has different influence on the contents of copper and zinc in blood and tissues of mice.
