Experiment on parameters of CO gas produced from SiC furnace

The changing rules of the gas produced from SiC furnace by multi-heatsources technology were studied, the rules concerned about that ingredients, temperature, pressure, flux, in a certain conditions of power supply system and heat preservation materials' depth. The research results show that the primary ingredient of the gas is CO, which's consistency is 92%.The max temperature of gas is 249 ℃ and the temperature grads is 139 ℃/m in the condition of 0.5 cm heat preservation material. The difference of gas' temperature increasing rates is great in the furnace. Pressure and flux of the gas meet the rules of synchronous increasing and decreasing in step.
