Development of the liquid desulfurizer for the desulphurization of the odor exhaust gas in refinery

Methyl diethanolamine being used as main agent,and proper activator and accelerant being compounded,a secure and effective liquid desulfurizer TL-MHC for the desulphurization of the odor exhaust gas in refinery is developed.The influences of the relevant technologic parameters such as temperature,the ratio of gas to liquid and the concentration of H2S in exhaust gas on the desulphurization effect of TL-MHC are studied.The mechanism of the desulphurization-regeneration of TL-MHC is explained.The experimental results show that TL-MHC is of high desulphurization rate,high regeneration utilization rate and low corrosion rate.
