Mycoflora of Litter in Bamboo

Chen Hui Tang Ming Liu Anquan Cui Hongan(Dept. of Forest Resource Protection,NWFC, Yangling,Shaanxi,712100)  
From the isolated culture of fungi to each litter layer of bamboo in Shaanxi and identified 48 genera (Species) of fungi. There are 23 genera (Species) in L layer, 22 genera (Species) in F1-layer, 20 genera (species) in F2- layer and 19 genera (species) in H- layer. The percentage of the identified genera in each subdivision are as following: Mastigamycatina was 2. 4, Zygomycotina was 8. 3, Ascomycotina was 12. 5,and Deuteromycotinavras 68. 8, the studies also showed that there is a succession of the fungi composition and relative quantity as the layer goes deeper, parasitic fungi is lessen and saprophyte is increase.
