A Study on Submerged Culture of Morchella Conica

Basic conditions of liquid fermentation of Morchella conica were studied through orthogonal test using shake flask culture. The optimum parameters of medium component, culture temperature, pH, aeration rate and culture time were given. Liquid fermentation was carried out in a WSP-B-10L-1 autocontrol fermentor and the essential characteristics were obtained through batch culture. The proper submerged culture conditions for PDGH medium were 25℃,100 r/min,pH7.5 and 40 mL liquid medium put in 100 mL bottle with 10 glass balls.
