Deprotein and Depigment of Malus pumila Polysaccharides from Apple Pomace

Technologies of removing proteins and pigments from polysaccharides extracted from apple ponace were studied.The results showed that the method of TCA,repeating 2 times was the best for removing proteins,the rate of deproteinization reached 23.87% while the rate of polysaccharide losing was only 0.40%.The dialysis was an optimal method for removing pigments,the light transmission rate of the solution was increased by 20.70% higher.
