Methodology of the Land Surface Wide Band Albedo Retreving in Desertification Area with MODIS Data——A Case Study in Xinjiang Aeolian Desertification Regions

Take the MODIS remote sensing image data and surface observation field synchronous spectral data in Xinjiang as an example,surface albedo was retrieved with the limited amount of data in the field and the calibrated field synchronous observed data.Under the linear relationship between narrow band and broadband albedos,according to the same time MODIS image data of narrow-band albedo,multiple linear regression equation was established to achieve narrow-band to wide-band Albedo retrieving.The conversion of broadband albedos was fulfilled finally.The simplified surface broadband albedo reverse model was tested for the region of Xinjiang province using MODIS image data and synchronous observed surface spectral data based on the above conversion algorithm.The results showed that the method was convenient and feasible under a specific surface/atmospheric condition.
