Soybean Oligosaccharides with Its Physiological Function

The soybean oligosaccharides is a kind of functional oligosaccharides that extracted by physical methods,which with lots of physiological function of lower energy,difficulty to digest,protecting against decayed tooth,increasing bifidobacterium bifidum,maintain the balance of intestines,there is a expansive developmental foreground to study and exploit.
