The Investigation of Kiwifruit Bacterial Canker in Guanzhong Zone of Shaanxi Province

The factors which lead to kiwifruit bacterial canker were investigated in 65 orchards of 13 villages in Guanzhong area in Shaanxi province.The result showed that there is a direct relation between the age of the kiwi fruit trees and the degree of the disease.With the age of the kiwi fruit tree increases,the percent of the disease has a raising trend(3to14 years).In addition,different varieties are also the important reasons that lead to the disease.And different areas have different disease degree.The ways of management and irrigation affect the degree of the disease obviously except the climate condition of the fields.
