RESEARCH ON THE TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE ADDITIVE AND DAIRY GOAT MILK PERFORMANCE

The increase milk additive used in the research consists of traditional Chinese medicinethat has strengthening yang ,tonifying energen and activating the blood and removing bloodstasis. The dairy goats are used as test animals. The concentration of cAMP in milk was de-termined by radio-immunoassay and the concentration of lactose, fat and prote in in milk were determined using in freared spectroscopic assay. At the same time, the milk yield wasrecorded.The objective of the research is to observe the effects of the incrase milk additiveon the lactation performance of dairy goats and expound the function of the cAMP has in theprocess of increase milk yield.The results show that the increase milk additive has signifi- cant increase action. The best group milk yield is significant higher than that of controlgroup( P 0.01) :The milk yield is increase with cAMP's increases,both of which shows asignificant positive relative(test group r=0.9877, P 0.01);the fat and protein content oftest group are sigificant higher than that of control group( P 0. 05)
