Effect of different chemical ripening agents on photosynthetic physiology and yield and quality in rapeseed

[Objective] The study was done to explore the ripening effect of chemical ripening and its relationship with growth regulator.[Method] 8-10 d before the rape normal matured chemical ripening agents were sprayed,to study the characteristics of rape pod photosynthesis,chlorophyll content and the impact of yield and oil content.[Result] Diquat(A1,A2)had a greater impact on the chlorophyll content;Nonda(A3,A4)had less impact on the treatment,the yield of different ripening agent treatments,compared with the control,reduced to varying degrees,and 0.3% Diquat treatment cut 30.44%,0.5% CEPA+0.3% Diquat treatment cut 23.24%,0.15% ABA+0.5% Nonda,compared with the control of agricultural processing,cut up 10.45%,0.5% Nonda up to deal with farmers cut 5.91%,compared with the control.[Conclusion] 0.5% Nonda+0.15% ABA,or 0.1% Diquat+0.5% CEPA are recommended for chemical ripening.
