MANUFACTURING AND CHARACTERISTIC RESEARCHING OF THE USE FOR OLED OF HIGH CONDUCT ELECTRICITY CATHODE

After studied the transfers action of cathode which in OLED,the monolayer of Alq3 has been chosen as the luminescence material and use OLEDs sameness in area and thickness,maked manifold cathodes and studied electricity capability and characteristic of electronic trabsnussion of cathode.It been educed that the metal Mg is a sort of perfect material.
