Postmodern Shift of Teaching Research Paradigm

While the disadvantages of modern teaching research paradigm, such as foundationalism, monism etc., become more and more obvious, postmodernism advocates multi-interpretation and emphasizes on solving practical problems. The postmodern shift of teaching research paradigm promotes the transformation of teaching research from unitary to multiple one. In this transformation, the researchers shift from exterior to interior, from determining to participating, from declaration to discourse, and action research becomes the prevalent method.
