Clinical value of quality control circle in improving the effect of enteral nutrition in patients with craniocerebral injury

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle in improving enteral nutrition in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:84 patients with craniocerebral injury were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table with 42 cases in each group.The control group was not treated with quality control circle,and the observation group was treated with quality control circle.Results:After the treatment,the serum albumin,hemoglobin,transferrin,prealbumin of the two groups patients were increased(P0.05);the hemoglobin,albumin,transferrin,prealbumin,treatment satisfaction of the observation of group was higher than those of the control group(P0.05);the incidence of urinary retention and incidence of related diarrhea of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:In the course of enteral nutrition treatment,quality control circle can improve the nutritional status of patients with craniocerebral injury and reduce the risk of complications.
