Application and effect of hierarchical and staged teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department

Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical and staged teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department.Methods:50 cases of nursing students in neurology department in 2016 were selected as the control group.50 cases of nursing students in neurology department in 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode.The observation group was given the hierarchical and staged teaching mode.We compared the application effect of two groups.Results:The average scores and learning satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of hierarchical and staged teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department was significant.
