Research on Approach of Linear Quadtree Processing for Geographic Data Based on M Coding

This paper presents the data structure of linear qu adtree coding for geographic data based on M coding. With the data structure, t he author researches displacement, transform, reduction, magnification, seeking, dynamic resolving power, transformation of address, etc. for linear quadtree c oding of geographic data. Meanwhile, with the C programming language, the autho r also discusses various algorithms of data structure for achieving linear quadt ree coding based on M coding of geographic data. The algorithms are suitable fo r compressing storage of quadtree coding data for geographic data, and various logical operation of image. By using the methods, lots of store units are econ omized, and computing speed of graphics or images is quickened greatly. The app roaches mentioned above provide a new kind of research means for compressing cod ing technology of computer graphics.
