Test of high-speed motion state and trajectory reconstruction of banknote in currency-counting machine

To show the motion state of the running banknote clearly,a high-speed camera was installed to the flank of banknote detector 9000 produced by Guangzhou Kang Yi Company to execute real-time capture and data processing of the motion state of banknotes in the detector. And then the original photos will be demarcated by Auto CAD. The entire trajectory of the running banknotes in the detector with different parameters is reconstructed to research the influence of the change of the structural parameters on the running duration and speed and the smoothness of the banknotes. The experiment show that traction wheel with different deflexion angles will affect the front-edge warping of the banknotes,and the banknotes are transmitted smoothly in shortest time when the traction wheel has a left direction deflexion at 10°. The transmitting time of a single banknote is only 0.076 s.
