Research on multi-level scoring cognitive diagnosis model for students′psychology based on HO-DINA model

Currently,the scoring rule of Chinese and foreign cognitive diagnosis models suitable for most projects is 0~1,which cannot satisfy various test materials in practical work. Therefore,a cognitive diagnosis model based on HO-DINA model is proposed for students′ psychological multi-level score research. It has good development prospect but is only adaptive to 0~1 scoring for data materials adaptive for expansion of multi-level scoring. The MCMC algorithm is adopted to estimate the parameters of the new model. The performance of the proposed model was researched and its validity was demonstrated. The diagnosis number of the suggested attributes for simulation results of the model is less than 7,so as to ensure that the judging accuracy of attribute mode is higher than 80%.
