In this paper, we report the experimental results on thermal stabilities and decomposing product characteristics of organic copper complexes. The results state that (1) the complex of fulvic acid (FA) and copper condensates and forms kerogen like material at 190 ̄200℃ and copper complexing with FA possibly enters into that material during the process; (2) alanine copper complex decomposes and forms π bonding organic metal compound C 2H 2Cl x Cu x(x =2 ̄3) copper(I) chloride acteylene at the temperature of 140 ̄150℃; (3) cysteine copper complex is thermal instability and decomposes even at 80℃, and the thermal decomposing product is black floccule (NH 4) 2CuCl 4·2H 2O(ammonium copper chloride hydrate) rather than metallic sulfide of copper.
