Design of non-waste technology in ammonium ceric nitrate production

DENG Jian-guo (Department of Material and Chemical Engineering,Sichuan University of Science & Engineering,Zigong 643000,China)
The effects of exhaust gas, waste water, waste residue and dust generated by the conventional ammonium ceria nitrate production process on human body and the surrounding environment are analyzed. The principle of non-waste technology is applied in the technological design and process layout in a factory with the ammonium ceria nitrate production capacity of 400 t/a.The new process enables water resources to circulate within a closed circuit, and it has no discharge of exhaust gas released to the outside and comprehensive utilization of waste residue materialized,as a result,it will bring about both economic benefits and social benefits.
