Study on fermentative hydrogen production of Biohybactium R3 with lactose

By virtue of R3 strains with high hydrogen production capacity as the research object,the lactose as subtract,the influences of lactose concentration on hydrogen production capability and R3 growth were discussed.The result showed that,R3 could make full use of lactose to grow and produce hydrogen.When the mass concentration of lactose was 15 g/L,beginning pH at 6.0,the total biogas production and cell growth of R3 got the maximums at 450 mL and 1.36 g/L separately.
