Improved Algorithm of TCP Vegas Based on Dynamic Estimation of Bandwidth

Combines with the advantages of Gallop-Vegas and Vegas-A, and makes some improvements, proposes improved algorithm of TCP-Vegas based on dynamic estimation of bardwidth. This algorithm can estimate the actual network status in both slow start and congestion avoidance dynamically, and take the corresponding congestion control strategy. Slow start maybe end too early due to the burst of congestion window; in congestion avoidance, congestion occurs in the asymmetric networks result to performance degradation; and the compatibility when coexists with Reno is also unacceptable and simulation experiment shows that this algorithm has good improvement for the problems mentioned above.
