Estimation of Convalescent Nursing of Heart Failure in the old

Objective:To take nursng estimation on heart failure in the old.Method:100patients with heart failure were grouped into two,aged group(60)and adult group(6).Acomparison of clinical datas were taken between two group.Results:Respiratory teract infection is the main predispsing cause for heart failure in aged group.The happen rates of neuropsychic,symptoms,nocturnal paroxysmal dyspnea,digitalis poisoning and electrolyte disturbanc of aged group were obviously higher than those of adult group(P0.05).Conclusion:The nursing staff's ability to understand the changeful mechanism of vital physical signs of patients and to analyse functional state of the organs related to disease is the key to promoting successful nursing.
