Research on Relation between cAMP and LIT in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.

cAMP and LTT of 30 patients with chronic hepatitis B (CH) and 15 normal persons were detected. The
resuls showed the LTT of patients were lower than those of normal persons, (80.58±22.43 vs 107.91±42.15,
P0.05). But the cAMP of patiente were higher than those of normals (3.34±0.93 vs 2.34±0.55, P0.05).
LTT and cAMP in CH had high significant inverse correlation (r=-039, P0.05). The results may be
helpful in understanding the body's immune stage.
