Objective To explore the nursing points for caring patient with hepatic carcinoma treated by cool-tip radiofrequency ablation.Methods 35 patients with hepatic carcinoma treated by cool-tip radiofrequency ablation were given health education and psychological nursing before operation,illness state and careful cooperation during operation and corresponding nursing after operation.Results All patients were treated smoothly,and had no serious complication.Conclusion It is important for nurses to give patients pertinent psychological nursing before operation,to act in close coordination during operation and to observe carefully after operation to increase the success rate of operations and reduce complications.
