YIN Li-chun, CHEN Zhi-guo (Academy of Northeast Asia Studies, Jilin University, Changchun, Jilin, 130012 China)
The bubble economy of Japan has been caused by the abnormal behavior of the financial system of the country, while the abnormal behavior of the financial system has been caused, in the following two aspects, by the financial reform in 1985 aimed at financial liberalization: first, the imbalance of the liberalization has resulted in the distortion of the interest rate system, practically stimulating various economic entities?demand for funds for speculation investment in such nominal assets as real estate and stocks; second, the change of the aim of financial organs?operations caused by the liberalization has led to the decline in the examining and auditing strength over loans, thus supporting economic entities?speculation from the angle of fund supply. To solve the problems brought about by liberalization, Japan has introduced the reform of supervision system, and supplied us with experiences and lessons.
