Global Financial Tsunami and Japanese Economy:Impacts and Implications

Irresponsibility of the U.S.government triggered the sub-prime crisis,but the losses are borne by the world.The Wall Street kidnapped the US government and the latter kidnapped the world as a whole.The financial tsunami swept across the world,who is forced to pay for the crisis.This paper argues that the successful crisis export is based on the American financial hegemony and dollar hegemony.After the 1985 Plaza Accord arranged by the U.S.,Japan suffered from an exuberance and a burst of economic bubble.It is not yet known who will be the next victims.
