Modified Method for Calculating Temperature Stress in Multi-Layer Struts of a Deep Foundation Pit

Using the beam-on-elastic-foundation approach,the process of the brace-pile-soil interaction was considered assuming reasonable enclosure strut deformation caused by temperature fluctuations.Based on the Winkler foundation model,an improved and simplified temperature stress of multi-layer struts was found.The examples show that this method is characterized by relatively few errors and iteration numbers.
