Developing a Scanning-fluorescence Reader

We developed portable scanning-fluorescence readers based on the time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay in order to quickly measure the concentration of antigen in blood point-of-care testing(POCT).An ultraviolet LED with laser operating at 365 nm is used in our experiment as the thermal source.The special optical structure can form a strip shot,which generated signal from fluorescence excitation.The device subsequently addresses waveform data using agradient smoothing method.We measured the strips that are made by our laboratory,and show that the dilution ratio and AT/AC reach a correlation index of 0.994 3.The instruments enjoys advantages of high sensitivity,high stability,and low cost.
