Study on Chemiluminescence Method for Oxytetracycline,Methacycline and Deoxycycline

The chemiluminescence reactions of oxytetracycline ( OTC ), methacycline ( MC) or deoxycycline(DC) with hydrogen peroxide were catalysed by the [Cu(NH3)4]2+ ion in ammonia medium.The CL intensities were enhanced by CTMAB. The CL intensities were linear with their contents in 8.0×10-8～8.0×10-6, 5.0×10-8 ～5.0×10-6 and 1.0×10-7～5.0×10-5 mol/L for OTC,MC and DC respectively. The relative standard deviations for 7 determinations were from 1.8～4.1,2.4～3.5 and 2.5～4.0 % for OTC,MC and DC respectively. The recoveries were from 99.6～101.4,99.1～102.3 and 99.4～101.4 % for OTC,MC and DC respectively . This method can be used to the determinations of OTC,MC and DC in urine with satisfactory results.
