Extraction of Pectin from Various Fruits of Xinjiang and Investigation of It's Technical Condition

Pectin is a kind of polymeric compound belonging to monosaccharide. It exists in the fruits, roots, stems, leaves, and skin of fruits and layers of shell. The quantum Pectin in several fruits. the skins of fruits and dried fruits of Xinjiang is relatively high, some of them reach the range of 40%~50%. In this paper, the extraction and determination method of Pectin existing in several of dried fruits of Xinjiang and it's technical condition is presented. The results prove that development of extracting Pectin using several of dried fruits and skins of fruits has very real efficiency.
