From National Quality Curriculum to the National Quality Open Video Class Open Education Movement in China has Entered a New Period

With the innovation of technology and the advancement of academic,the open education increasingly plays its unique and important role in the educational field.Under the background of fierce collision with China to western open courses,to learn the development of open education in China,to understand current Chinese open education progress,become an important thing.The article draws the development process of foreign open education movement,traces the national quality course construction process,comparing the national quality course and the national quality video open class both similarities and differences,analyzes the characteristics of the domestic and foreign outstanding open video courses,and strives to get some beneficial ideas for the further construction of the National Quality open video courses.
