Application of Ti-Alloys Prepared by Powder Metallurgy

The characters of Ti-alloys prepared by powder metallurgy were briefly introduced.A summary of such materials and the current situation and future development of their major manufacturing technique and products were given from the application point of view.The application history of Ti-alloys prepared by powder metallurgy in aerospace,aviation,navigation,automobile,medical and biologic,hydrogen storage was reviewed.Finally,the development emphasis and direction of powder metallurgy Ti-alloys were analyzed and discussed based on the requirements of market.
