Analysis on ISSR Markers of Germplasm for Cuminum cyminum L.in Xinjiang

Twevelve ISSR markers were used to detect genetic diversity of 24 Cuminum cyminum L..Total 118 alleles were revealed among 24 varieties in 12 ISSR with the average of 9.42 alleles per ISSR marker,the number of alleles per primer pair ranged from 6 to 16.The value of allelic polymorphism information content(PIC) ranged from11.11% to 62.50%,on an average 35.14% per primer.The genetic similarity(GS) indexes among 24 varieties are calculated based on the ISSR data.The value of GS varies from 0.33 to 0.90,with an average of 0.73.The genetic diversity among 24 varieties is higher.Cluster analysis showed that all cultivars could be clustered into six groups,most of the materials aren't clustering by the origin.
