Effects of Growth Regulators and Their Mixture with CaCl_2 Treatment on Calcium Content of Korla Fragrant Pear

【Objective】The study clarified the effects of calcium content on Korla Fragrant Pear fruit of growth regulators.【Method】Growth regulators and their mixture with Ca Cl2 were sprayed on Korla Fragrant Pear respectively to study the effects of them on calcium content of Korla Fragrant Pear fruit.【Result】Compared with the CK,separate treatment of IAA and mixed treatment of IAA + Ca Cl2 both were capable of improving calcium content in fruits in the young fruit during harvest time. But no significant difference was found between them. Alone spraying NAA and NAA + Ca Cl2 mixed treatments were both able to improve calcium content in fruits during harvest time. And only spraying NAA produced better results. The calcium content of GA3+ Ca Cl2 treatment was higher than the calcium content of alone GA3 treatment.【Conclusion】Spraying IAA,NAA,GA3,IAA + Ca Cl2,NAA + Ca Cl2 and GA3+ Ca Cl2 treatments were all capable of improving calcium content in fruits during harvest time. The result of spraying NAA individually was the best in all treatments.
