Effect of Atriplex canescens on Salt-affected Soil Improvement in Arid Region

Field test,dynamic field monitoring and lab analysis are used to study the dynamic variation characteristics of the soil where Atriplex canescens is planted for different years,such as total soluble salt content,organic matter,soil nutrients and soil enzyme activity.The result shows that the total soluble salt content decreased with increase of Atriplex canescens planting years,and the available phosphorus,total nitrogen and total potassium decreased with the increase of Atriplex canescens planting years;organic matter,available nitrogen,available potassium and total phosphorus increased at first,and then decreased with increase of Atriplex canescens planting years.The activity of urease and alkali phosphatase in soil increased while catalase deceased with the increase of Atriplex canescens planting years.The enzyme activity of the samples in August is higher than that in April.
