Study on Phenanthroline Hydrate Colorinetrie Determination of Hydroxye Radicals

Zhu Qizhong\ Deng Zhenxu\ Xiao Yianhai (HeZe Teachers College)  
Hydroxye radicals from fenton reaction can oxidize Fe 2+ into Fe 3+ in phenanthroline hydrate.The maximum absorption wavelength of the former is 516nm, but the latter's absorption crest disappears in this wavelength.The ΔA 516 was dependent upon the dosage of phenanthroline hydrate,Fe 2+ ,H 2O 2 individually.ΔA 516 tends to stable in 37℃ keeping 60min.
