The Influence of Background Field and Physical Process on Forecasting Performance of WRF in Xinjiang

For optimizing background field and physics progress of WRF model that are suitable to climate topographic characteristics in Xinjiang, the results of sensitivity test about Lin,WSM6,Thompson microphysics and KF,Grell 3D cumulus parameterization of WRF models, are designed and compared applying T639 and GFS as background field. The background field and physics progress which have best performance in Xinjiang was defined. At the same time, forecasting performance and shortcoming of WRF models in Xinjiang is revealed.
