The Construction of Contemporary Chinese Educational Theory from the Perspective of Educational Exchange —An Empirical Study Centralized on the Text Analysis of Five Pedagogy Textbooks

Educational exchange is an important impetus to the development of educational theory. The article analyzes the foreign documents referred in the explanatory notes and the quotation from foreign educationist in the text in five Pedagogy textbooks published from 1979 to 1991, and reveals that the influence of foreign educational factors on China's contemporary textbooks on Pedagogy has been increasing, which indicates that educational exchange has played an important role in the construction of contemporary Chinese educational theory.
