Application of vegetation spectral features based on PHI imaging data

This paper analyzes the spectral reflected features and diagnostic absorption features of vegetation based on the hyperspectral imaging data,and describes spectral First Derivative Reflectance and some feature variables derived from continuum-removed absorption features such as Band Depth(BD),Continuum-Removed Derivative Reflectance(CRDR),Band Depth Ratio(BDR),Normalized Band Depth Index(NBDI) and so on.By analyzing on the multi-temporal wheat PHI(Pushbroom hyperspectral imager) airborne image data acquired form booting stage to milking stage which was infected by stripe rust disease,the influence on crop spectra and spectral features of wheat stripe rust disease were understood and found out.And the probability of recognizing and monitoring wheat stripe rust disease was also analyzed in terms of the crop spectral features and the continuum-removed absorption parameters and the variables from the spectral absorption features.
