RE EXAMING THE STRUCTURE MODEL OF CHINESE EMPLOYEES' ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

The Five factor Structure Mode of Chinese Employees' Organizational Commitment developed by our research was re examed by means of the path analysis of SEM. The results showed that the five factor structure model was an ideal one. The second order factor analysis indicated that the five factor model could also be divided into a psychological factor and a social economic factor. According to the correlation analysis, five combined models of commitment were obtained.
