New Research Trends and Future Directions of Organizational Trust

Ma Keyi(School of Management, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou,310028)  
This thesis sums up four points of recent research trends in the field of organizational trust: the theoretic frame is more and more systemic, the method of control is more rigorous than before, researchers have paid more attention to constructing validity and adopted much more empirical analytical methods. Finally, some research-worthy problems have been raised.
