A Muti-Cultural View and the Theoretical Re-integration of Responsibility

Responsibility is a kind of psychosocial phenomenon embedded in a specific culture and a certain relationship.Western studies on responsibility or conscientiousness have similar objects,close connotations and different conceptualizations of theories in different fields such as moral study and cognitive approach relevant to responsibility and conscientiousness.This article moved the cultural view a step further.Based on the analysis of the unique characteristics of responsibility in traditional Chinese culture,a more integrative model was proposed to explain the complex status of responsibility in the Chinese people.
