Study on the Structure and Development of Sense of Humor for Preschool Children's

he purpose of this study is to reveal the structure and characters of Chinese children's sense of humor aged 3 to 5,and learn its relationship with temperament.By means of questionnaires and theoretical models,one sense of humor for ages 3 to 5 based on teachers' descriptions was developed.Confirmatory Factor Analysis,analysis of variance and test of significance were used in attempt to testify structure and the characters of the sense of humor for children aged 3 to 5.The findings in this study are as follows :1)The questionnaire of children's sense of humor has high reliability and validity in order to use by teachers and researchers to evaluate children's sense of humor.2) The structure of sense of humor aged 3 to 5 is a multifactor,which involves three aspects.They are humor's understood,humor's coping and humor's creating.3) With growing,children's sense of humor aged 3 to 5 is growing.And it has significant gender difference.
